We have been banking with First Security, and it has been an absolute mess nearly the entire time. The PBs don’t answer and the call center is a bunch of over-glorified secretaries that kind of try to help, but really can’t. Switching banks. I’m tired of their shenanigans. I would not refer them to my friends. Ever.

I tried calling to collect my direct deposit info, but when the lady asked for my debit card number, I told her I only have a savings account. After I made her aware of this, she suggested I swing by the physical bank. I called because I did not have time for the physical location. She is lucky I didn't collect her name.
