“I have been banking with Farmer's State Bank for 15 years and absolutely love everything about them! Their employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! They treated me so well through the process of mortgaging my home years ago, they protected me through any scam that came my way, actually kept it set to no overdraft as I requested (unlike a First Security who could never seem to get that right), etc. They've been so great that four of my kids now do their banking with them and have happy reports as well. “called to ask if an ID is needed to order a new debit card, the woman who i was speaking with didn’t know the answer off the top of her head so she reached out to her manger to confirm. once learning i wasn’t going to her branch she reached out the other branch to double check that it would be okay if I came in without an ID. I get paid to use my debit card, not the other way around. Isn't super political and huge like most other banks in the area. Have yet to bulldoze a non-profit to build a skyscraper, which First Interstate/Stockman Bank etc can't say. Even open on Saturdays with real people. Uses local people in advertising campaigns.”
