“called to ask if an ID is needed to order a new debit card, the woman who i was speaking with didn’t know the answer off the top of her head so she reached out to her manger to confirm. once learning i wasn’t going to her branch she reached out the other branch to double check that it would be okay if I came in without an ID. “The health care staff at St. Patrick's are amazing. The accounting department staff are quite helpful. However, if St. Patrick's owes you money, it will be a long time before you get a refund. Amazingly, they "had no record" payment three weeks after the insurance company set it over. I'd say to watch them like a hawk if they owe you money. Otherwise, great hospital, if you have to be there!”
