“Tile can be slippery when wet... bathroom is spacious. Hair found left in bathroom shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good! I would stay here again.Safety: Key card for access into building and amenities.Walkability: Restaurants nearby parking lot lit well at night.Food & drinks: Lemon water and coffee at front desk. “Double extra super fine Elk's Lodge. These Elks run it right. Commendations are in order. Found memories of the basement from many years ago. Hell Gate is for sure my favorite Elk's Lodge. Best name too.”
“We stayed at this Super 8 location around the end of March. We were in town visiting my daughter and her family. We loved staying here. We were given a great rate and the amenities were wonderful. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was what puts this motel above the other budget friendly locations. The front desk people, Crystal, Micheal and Katy were very personable and easy to talk to. The night shift guy Clint was very helpful too. I especially love that there was access to ice at all times. The room was well put together and the beds were made perfectly...thanks to Brandy. And she was very willing to help us trade out our towels at a moments notice (due to an ice catastrophe...haha) We will be back when we come back to visit my daughter again. Great stay. Thanks Micheal. You have a great team.Rooms: All the possible amenities we could need. Fridge..microwave...coffee pot etc.Nearby activities: A lot of things to do nearby. We didn't have a chance to explore or do anything because we were only here one night but we will definitely be back when we have more time to enjoy the local activitiesSafety: Felt safe the whole time. Love the 24 hour front desk.Walkability: lots of places to walk to that are close byFood & drinks: many restaurants and fast food places to choose fromNoteworthy details: A great stay. “Well...a Motel 6 like any other! Not very expensive but shabby and not very clean. For a night's stopover after a long drive it can do it. For us French, the howls of the sirens of the trains passing behind are funny and add to the American atmosphere! Not too far from the center on foot, noisy but effective air conditioning, no shampoo or shower gel (like in all Motels 6), free coffee at reception.”

“Jim the owner went out of his way to accommodate us in the jacuzzi suite. With the Griz game going on there wasn’t a lot of room but Jim made it happen. Would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Good experience here. Nice room, plus a nice breakfast. Keep in mind the breakfast is not “in” the hotel, but a detached room next to the motel. Bathrooms were clean, fresh towels, and nice beds. Also a great value! Highly recommend.”

“Stayed here in the summer as part of a long family roadtrip, wasn't too sure what to expect based upon the reviews but my family had a decent stay. Our tv wasn't working and staff come promptly to fix it. It was nice we were on the first floor so didn't have to lug everything up/down. Also nice to have the outdoor pool and hot tub! The restaurant next door was excellent. Staff we have encountered were helpful and friendly. Could definitely use some updating but a decent stay for what we needed.”

“We were able to check in an hour early - which was appreciated as we were on a motorcycle and a rain storm was quickly moving. We were able to park in a covered protected area. Check in was quick and I noted the employee was very patient with an irate customer in front of me. Room was clean if not somewhat dated. TONS of TV channels. Breakfast was what you expect with a few hot and cold choices. Checkout was quick and easy.”
