Comfortable beds, clean, good food, but needs upkeep (worn cabinets, dirty or just crusted over stove) and no soundproofing at all. I can not only hear the people above me walking around and flushing the toilets but can also clearly hear what they are saying. Glad I have earplugs but not good.

The mattress was to soft. Other than that the place was awesome with a fantastic view
