“Personally I'm thinking that they have a problem with the heat control with the boiler system or the air circulation system we stopped here for two different stays in a two week period. One room was super hot but we were able to control it by keeping the blower fan off and opening the window. The next stay the unit only pumped cold air to the room and it took a couple complaint trips to the front desk before they gave us an industrial grade space heater to stay warm for our stay.Rooms: The rooms have preserved the retro feel of an era gone by without sacrificing quality. I'd describe it quiet except on the weekends when the Sip and Dip Lounge has karaoke or live music playing thankfully it's usually quiet again around 10:30pm then for a brief time you have loud drunk guests walking down the hallway for a brief period.Nearby activities: A pawn shop is right across the street and there's easily several restaurants and cocktail bars within walking distance as well as many other small downtown businesses.Safety: The hotel feels pretty secure with its own parking garage, modern security cameras and electronic door locks.Walkability: Many businesses are in walking distance of the hotel. It also has its own bar and restaurant with breakfast meal tickets.Food & drinks: Tried the delicious Blue Hawaiian cocktail at the bar!”

“Friendly staff, clean facilities. They were at capacity with our 11 rooms and a huge basketball tournament in town, yet super helpful. Our teens had a great time in the pool. Will use them again next year for our group. My favorite part was that they had a FULL length mirror. Most hotels skimp on this part.”

“We went to the casino last night (2/24) and I won $160. They said that they didn’t have enough money to fulfill the ticket. I wasn’t worried about it, but we tried to cash out the ticket this morning (2/25) and they still didn’t have the money to fulfill the ticket. They try to run a casino/hotel and they can’t even cash out tickets? Embarrassing!!!!Not only that, but this morning? They seated the people behind us for breakfast before us!!! New management is in order or a complete overhaul of staff!!! ?”

“While travelling thru Great Falls we needed a room for the night as staying at the camp ground was not practical due to weather.John on the front desk was terrific. Rate was fair and the value was there. Room was modern and most comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff again were friendly. Set the tone for a ‘Good-Morning’. Excellent location, even for a guy towing a trailer.This hotel will be our Go-To whenever travelling thru the Great Falls area. With or without the caboose.Thank-you to John and his colleagues.”

“I chose this hotel based on the price and our arrival time/departure. Quality for price was good. We just needed a place to sleep for the night, it was fine. Dated but clean and staff, while not the most professional in appearance, were courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent, room it was served in was HOT.”
