The Comfort Inn offers spacious rooms and huge bathrooms, with some rooms appearing recently updated. Guests find the prices good and better than most hotels in the area. The location is close to everything, with several restaurants, bars, and a casino within walking distance. Many rooms are clean and well-equipped with a large dresser, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, and comfortable upholstered chair. The beds are described by some as awesome and comfortable with plenty of pillows, while others note they are odd, metal, noisy, and not very comfy. The common areas are open and comfortable, and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and lemon water are available in the lobby 24/7. There is an indoor pool area with chairs, tables, and lounges, though the pool itself can be a little cool, in need of new paint, and only has a ladder for entry. The staff receives consistent praise for being amazing, friendly, helpful, and very nice, often elevating the experience. However, the hotel shows signs of being run down, with some areas under construction. Some guests encountered issues like a dusty room, an unclean bathroom, an empty garbage, a missing lightbulb, a non-working hair dryer, and a musky, smoky smell. The exterior cement entryway has a slight rise noted as a potential hazard. While the hotel is considered okay for the price and decent service, it did not meet all guests' expectations compared to other Comfort Inn locations.
The room was dirty and overpriced. Will never be staying with this brand again.

Looks like our bathroom was recently remodeled but kinda dirty. Was also missing a lightbulb. Switch right inside the room did nothing guessing it's for the missing bulb. Beds seem very odd they are metal and make a lot of noise and mattresses are not very comfy.

Ok for the price. Whole place seems run down. Room a bit dusty, bathroom garbage hadn't been emptied. But decent service, price and free breakfast.
