“Had my 2014 mini countryman towed in to John's impeccably equipped and cared for technicians garage because overheating on hwy trip to Bozeangeles. Not understanding why my car had failed - it gave me so much fear relief when John meticulously and efficiently looked over my entire car while simultaneously replacing the broken serpentine belt that has caused the car to fail.John also happened to have in stock the exact belt(and the only belt in area) to do the repair in under an hour! My wife and I were uncertain as to which car we wanted to purchase and were deciding between a Ram, Jeep and GMC. “Making a fifteen hour journey with a baby is difficult enough, having car trouble part of the way through is nightmare level. I started having issues outside of Bozeman on a Sunday and, though it was a struggle to find anyone open to assist, I am so grateful it ended up being Bozeman Same Day Auto Repair. Andrew was incredible, helpful, and communicative. He made a stressful situation so much easier and his willingness to share every step of the process was informative and definitely made me feel like he was being completely honest and trustworthy. “Overall good experience. While scheduling the appointment, I did mention that I had the oil and oil filter in the back of my car. However, after getting some work done as well as the oil filter and oil change, I found out that they didn't use my oil or oil filter, and that I wad was charged for it. It was not entirely their fault. I don't know how much was written down over the phone. I probably should have mentioned the supplies in the back of my car when I dropped it off. Other than that, it was clear communication and a smooth process. Reasonable prices, especially for a dealership.”

“Zack and Cale exceeded my expectations when my vehicle broke down on a cross country road trip. I was stranded on the road South of Gallatin Gateway and after a quick Google search I found CZ Auto repair. I had my vehicle towed there Thursday night after hours. I called early Friday morning and spoke with Zack and told him what the symptoms of my breakdown were. He quickly had the problem diagnosed and resolved the issue promptly early Friday afternoon and got me back on my trip. Zack and Cale are honorable and highly talented mechanics and just all-around good guys.”
