During our visit my check engine light came on and advised the emissions system be serviced or limp mode in 175 miles on my 2014 Duramax. I called 4 shops before finding Dennis at Fairbanks. Everyone was busy and scheduled out for weeks. Dennis took the time and in questioning me found out I was from out of town and in a bind. He was able to squeeze me in ahead of others to get my repair done. Very grateful for this guy.”

“We were stranded on our trip from MI to WA when our van started leaking coolant. While trying to figure out where we could get that fixed (on a Sunday) our fuel pump went out. We had it towed to Vallise and we are so glad we did. Matt and his team got us on the road again by Tuesday morning and did not take advantage of us by over-charging... in fact they charged a very reasonable amount to diagnose and make all the needed repairs on our Chevy conversion van. We made it to Renton, WA with no other issues and are so grateful to Vallise Automotive.”
