“My daughter and I rented a car for our 4 day Yellowstone adventure. No line at the counter and the agent was friendly and efficient. We had our choice of cars and went with a brand new Buick crossover. Car was great, we put almost 500 miles on it. Return was quick and easy as well.”
“We were picked up at the airport and taken back to their office to check out. While checking out, our family was offered hot chocolate and snacks. One of their staff also offered us some lunch recommendations as we were hungry from the trip. The car worked out perfectly and the return was smooth a week later. Would definitely recommend them. “This might’ve been one of the friendliest enterprise rental car locations that I’ve ever used. I was able to easily drop off my car, which was super close to the airport, and had no issues. The staff were really friendly when I dropped it off there. That several cars waiting that we were already clean and I could see that they were cleaning many others. If you’re interested in renting a car in Kalispell, encourage you to check this place out.”

“Absolutely obsessed with Hatch Advantures. My husband and I used to live in Denver and were desperate for an outdoor adventure! We wanted to explore a new part of the Rocky and a new national park. Hatch Adventures made our two day trip completely seemless. We rented a Jeep Wrangler with a tent on top and added on two sleeping bags and the kitchen set. It was perfect. We were comfortable and cozy the whole trip. We had everything we needed to see Yellowstone and camped at two separate campsites in Yellowstone and Big Sky. The Jeep was super nice and upgraded with leather seats and nice entertainment package. It was also well maintained. The gentlemen at the shop were super helpful and friendly. I can't love this shop more, and can't wait to get back to Montana and go to Glacier National Park with another one of these Jeeps! Highly highly recommend.”

“Awesome experience. I was leary of renting here with the poor reviews, but their price was too good to pass up. And service was excellent. 3 people working counter quickly cleared line on a Sat. Night. Offered upcharges but no pressure when I declined. Drop off was fast. And although I didn't need to go to the checkout counter to return, I noticed they again had 3 employees working for fast check out. Shout out to Gordon who was extremely friendly and upgraded me from a compact to a mid size suv that still got 38 mpg.”

My experience at Budget went very smoothly. There was a line for the counter but it moved quite quickly. The entire process was quite fast and the counter staff was professional and friendly. There was no unexpected/additional charges as well. The car was in a good condition as well.
The drop off process was fuss free and fast.”
“The employees at the Avis desk were so helpful to my family! Some of our party arrived at the airport before I did. I made the Avis reservation, but my plane was delayed to the next day. The staff helped my family pick up the rental car without me being present (making sure they had appropriate information in order to do so), and were incredibly kind about the whole situation. As others have noted, our car did have two cracks in the windshield. It was slightly annoying but did not hinder driving the car. Drop off was very easy.”

“As often the only time car rental agencies receive a review is when things go poorly for a customer, I wanted to note that I have had two great experiences with the Hertz Car Rental at Bozeman International Airport. I just returned a vehicle two days ago that we had for 9 days, and in September 2023 I rented a vehicle for 6 days. In both instances I was able to pick-up my vehicles quickly, was met with friendly service, had no issues, and the return process was quick and easy.
One particular thing I would like to point out is that after I rented both vehicles in advance, the Hertz website and app later showed a significantly higher (3x to 4x) rate than what I was quoted in my email reservation. In both instances, the Hertz counter in Bozeman immediately quoted and charged my reservation rate, so there was no hassle over price.
I know everyone has their own experiences, but I have had a couple go great.”

“We were headed to Montana for vacation/Wedding. We called and my husband spoke to the Owner he was so nice and set it all up. When arrive the car was ready to go. The rate was excellent to match the service we were provided. Wish they were around our area would use them a lot more. The people at the desk were very professional when checking the vehicle in and out.”
