“We rented a Kia Sorrento for a week during the Winter. Communication with Journey Rent-A-Car could not have been better. We had originally settled on a RAV-4 sized vehicle but decided to go up a class to accommodate a 5th person. Thankfully, we did as used every bit of space in the Sorrento. Given the unpredictability of weather on the track between Bozeman - Big Sky and - Yellowstone, we were keen on getting a car with all wheel drive and snow tires. Thankfully, we did! On the day of our trip from Big Sky to Yellowstone, it was actively snowing near blizzard conditions as we made our way to Yellowstone in the dark. The Sorrento handled the conditions superbly even as we saw cars that had slid off the side of the road. The vehicle pick up and return was simple. Overall, a good experience.”

“We limped into Bozeman with a burst radiator on a Saturday in August of 2022. Carsmart was the only place that was both open and had the ability to do something that day. They loaded us into one of their rental cars and sent us to lunch for 2 hours as they looked over our car. After it was found out our car would need repairs, paperwork was signed and we drove off in that same rental. We still made it back to Spokane on that Saturday. The repair was done and we returned the rental a week later and were not crushed on the bill; everything seemed very fair. They could have certainly taken advantage of car-dummies like us in a bad spot, and didn't.”

“I flew into Bozeman and had a three hour wait for a Rent-A-Car. So, I decided to give Toyota of Bozeman a call about renting a car. The man I spoke to said that he had a car available and it would be ready in 15 minutes. I took an Uber to Toyota and had a no Hassle experience of renting the car in less than five minutes. A day before returning the car, someone hit the side of the car. When I brought it in, Chris and his team put my mind at ease. They explained the process and explained how they would take care of processing the car insurance claim. By the way, their prices were the same as what I got from budget or hertz for a great quality SUV.”
