“This was my 1st visit to Wag N Wash, and I was very impressed. A kind lady helped me use the self-service dog wash. My dog, Louie, was hesitant to walk up the ramp, but she assisted. I told her that Louie was not a fan of the dryers, so she gave us stocking to cover his ears, and it worked! It's nice to run into kind and helpful people! I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”

“It was my 3rd time at Treats Unleashed in Chesterfield with my goldendoodle (1.5 yr old). We switched from another location. I heard praise from the Banfield location next door. Kirsten took care of my pupper this time. I admitted to being a bad owner and letting the mats get out of hand. I said do what you need to do. Kirsten did a great job. Usually my pupper hates the groomer. She was timid upon arrival but had a smile upon her face when I picked her up. Kirsten said she did a good job. Kirsten was lovely and didn't make fun of me with dropping off the "diaper bag" with my dog, lol. I always bring a bag with toys, a bone, treats, sweater. Sadly we had to shave her down during winter due to our negligence with grooming and mats. Kirsten did an amazing job and did what she could with what she had. This location in Chesterfield off Clarkson and Baxter is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I'm glad I switched it up!#grooming”

“DOG OWNERS! YOU NEED THIS! We’ve gone through about 3 cheap dog beds and cots from big box pet stores and we FINALLY found a cot that is KC PROOF! KC loves to chew, so I think the longest one of her beds lasted was about 6 hours…. This thing has lasted over 3 WEEKS! We use this one in our living room, and we just ordered another one for her crate in our bedroom! (The metal chew guards are extra, but to be honest we just put them on today… and they’re not really needed, they’re just for our peace of mind). They’re a little pricier than the ones we’ve bought before, but they will LAST FOREVER AND ARE TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!P.S. Their customer service is WONDERFUL!”

“Used the self washing station, didn't need an appointment. They have 2 wash stations with different shampoos, brushes, treats, ear cleaning solution, and lightly scented mist. I wish they had nail clippers but otherwise they had a good setup. Waited a bit to check out but that wouldn't stop me from returning.”

“I really enjoy shopping at this location, especially when I have my dog, Java, with me. The store is always very clean and organized, although I wish the products weren't so crammed into the aisles here. I really think this store would be so much better with just a bit bigger building. Some aisles aren't the easiest to get down when there are others shoppers on the aisle. However, I can always find what I'm looking for, and Java really enjoys going down the snack aisle. The employees have all been helpful and nice, even when my dog isn't being the nicest. He can be a bit "stranger danger" at times, which is why I like taking him to places with other people and dogs so we can learn. The employees all seem to enjoy their jobs and employment and seem to genuinely care about animals, which is always a good thing in a pet store haha. The animals they have for sale all look extremely healthy, which is huge in my book. The cats they have for adoption also look extremely healthy and active. I recommend this location. Watch the parking lot, however. Some of the drivers are definitely not watching for you!”

“One employee at this store deserves this 5 star rating! Went in to buy food today and was waiting in line. Two employees saw me and walked by the unmanned register. Then Taylor came up and opened up the register to check me out! She was extremely helpful made sure I got my points for my food purchase, answered all my questions on a couple products. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very cheerful and great with people! She made the shopping experience enjoyable! This is sad to say, but this is rare today! So rare, i felt i had to right a positive review for her! I do most shopping online because I try to avoid the idiots working in stores today. Petland needs to promote her.
