“I have met with 3 different vets at this medical center over the last 6 or 7 weeks. I recently switched Vets to be closer to our home. I had to make the decision to put my sweet baby to sleep. ALL of the staff, nurses and vets have been incredibly kind and patient over the last 7 weeks as we tried to navigate what was wrong with Izzy and how we might treat her. “I cannot say enough about this place. I normally would see Dr. Melissa who I have loved. She has always cared so much about my dog and never wrote her off just because of her age like other vets have. She always tried to come up with a solution to help her and putting her down was never brought up. I saw Dr. Julie for the first time a little over a week ago and she was also amazing. Last night we had to get in for an appointment and the only vet that was available was Dr. Katheryn. We had never seen her before so I was a little nervous not having Dr. Melissa. Come to find out my dog had cancer not just a cough and it had spread everywhere. I was not expecting to have to leave without my whole world in my arms that I've had for more than half my life. Dr. Katheryn was so kind, compassionate and she didn't even know my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to be with me during the most difficult moment of my life. She explained everything in such a way that was comforting to my young children so they understood what was happening during it. The office closed while we were still there yet they never rushed us out of there. They told us to take as much time as we needed. Our vet tech, who I don't recall her name, was amazing as well and very accommodating. Thank you to all of you for treating my baby girl so good, being so genuine and caring. I will never forget each one of you and the way you helped care for her throughout this past year of her life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ?”

“Yes my dog Harley is a rescue dog, and Dr Schwartz ( I think that’s how you spell it) took the time to work with us and not turn us away as another vet did at another clinic. Harley don’t like shots and jumps up in the air. It took 2 days and medication plus wearing him down to finally get his shots. Harley is not mean dog he just don’t like shots , we don’t know what Harley went through being a rescue, but we thank Dr Schwartz for his patience.”

My senior pup went for a dental cleaning/extraction and she was so thoughtful around my concerns regarding my dog losing his canines (so that he can continue doing his fav thing, playing ball). Other places were nice but Crossroads is special. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Dr Jamie is kind, knowledgeable and a great listener. Every staff member we’ve encountered is welcoming, helpful and professional. Our bully gets really anxious and they’ve all been so patient and sweet to him and go out of their way to help him feel comfortable every visit.
