“I take all of my vehicles here for service work. The guys are awesome and really take the time to know you. They also make sure you understand what is going on with your car and offer solutions to repair it. They do not repair anything that is not needed and ask about things they find.”

“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”
“Last minute emissions and the gentleman in the back came out and said, “I’ll take care of that for you” while the lady at the front desk asked me to drop it off Saturday.. after 15 mins I was out with my kiddos and emissions completed.”

“I recently had a blow out, luckily, I was able to maintain control of my vehicle, fortunately no injuries occurred, and I made it safely to a secure place. I opted to have Roadside Assistance tow my vehicle to the Dobbs South County facility because the staff have been always helpful and service my vehicle without issue. When I arrived by the tow truck, I discovered the facility did not have the brand of tire on my vehicle while the tow truck driver was still present, but the Manager named Jon was willing to go to another facility to get that same type of tire per my request. Jon arranged for one of their auto technicians to travel & pick up the desired tire. Shortly, after the arrangements were made, I realized my phone was not in my possession; I asked Asst Mgr. or Office Lead who was also named Jon to unlock my vehicle so I could get my phone. I checked my vehicle, but I couldn't locate the phone. I went back in to have him call my number while I checked again, it was not in vehicle, also confirmed my smartwatch. When I went back inside, I asked to use their phone, so I called my phone & Roadside Assistance to contact the driver. I was permitted to use their second office phone during my attempts to retrieve my phone while Jon, Asst Mgr. even called my phone# when he was not assisting customers & available. It was about an hour or so before the driver was reached which was due to the diligent efforts of Jon, as my phone was on vibrate mode. I was elated. He asked the driver if he was able to come back to the store and bring me my phone, the tow truck driver was assigned a call of which he was enroute. Jon even asked the driver if he could inquire with his company if that service call could be reassigned to expedite the return of my cellphone, but driver was unable at that time. I spoke to the driver and obtained his contact info as my previous attempts went to voicemail. My vehicle was ready before my phone was retrieved, and I received a discount on the service. Jon, Asst Mgr. was friendly and conversed with me the entire time which kept my mind at ease throughout the ordeal. I used their phone again to call the tow truck driver to meet up. Shortly after getting my phone back, I called Dobbs & Jon, Asst Mgr. answered I told him that I got my phone back right after I left, and he notified me that my husband had called to check up on me & informed that I left to retrieved phone. Dobbs South County went above and beyond to assist me by providing exceptional service. The staff truly care.”

“Today I was helped by this entire team. Unfortunately I had a blow out of a tire that I had no business trying to figure out by myself. My truck barely crept into their parking lot before I was greeted by about (4) of their team members. “I was very greatful that I had a Dobbs so close to my home. The associate Mario went out of his way to take care of my tire issue. Which ending being 4 bolts in right front tire and 3 in the left front tire. Needless to say i have to replace both tires. But i had a tire warranty purchased when I bought my truck and Mario went out of his way to call the warranty company and turn in my claim for me. I know this is not probably routine for him to do but he knew I was in a bind because I had to be at work in an hour. I am very pleased with Dobbs but also very thankful to Mario for assisting me and my Mom (she ended up waiting on the work to be done while I went off to work.) He handled everything which took all the stress out of this big issue.”
“Very long wait time. Best to just drop your vehicle off vs waiting. I researched ahead of time if headlight restoration was a service that was offered (which it is) but was told by one of the employees that is wasn’t. Resulting in only 1/3 services being completed.”
“There are a lot of negative reviews in various places on Dobbs. I went there because of an emergency (sidewall blister on a tire). Our son had his tires replaced here and actually recommended it. Bottom line, they got me in at 1p on a Saturday and had me out by 4p. So, at least for me, the experience was great. I can't speak to other reviewers experience, but mine was quite good.”
