I was so thankful to find an honest shop closer to my house they are AMAZING!! “Highly Recommend Breuer’s Auto Services! Needed a mechanic to check my car which was making a high pitch noise. I had to wait a week for my appointment since they were fully booked. No biggie since the noise didn’t seem like an emergency. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and it was done by 10:30am. When they diagnosed the problem, they offered various options. A lower cost temporary fix or a higher cost long term fix so I could decide what I could afford. I liked that they provided me with options. I am a firm believer that investing in the long term brings more peace so I preferred that but totally agree that not everyone might be in same situation. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Quick to answer calls!”

“During a bad storm on a weekend, we got two flat tires on the drivers side of our car. We had it towed to Gateway who was closed for the weekend and the holiday. When we got there Wed AM to drop off the keys and explain what happened, David already had a quote ready for us! Not only that, but they caught our bad brakes on the back before we had to buy rotors and offered to fix those for us as well. Prices were great, owner was honest and transparent, work was done in a day...all around amazing experience and we will absolutely go here first for any car issues moving forward!”

“CarSmart is my go-to place for routine maintenance and licensing inspections. I like that their repair techs appear to be mature, seasoned pros and the shop area is neat and clean. Recently my ****** Camry was making a troubling noise. Their inspection confirmed the water pump bearing was failing. They took me in the shop so I could hear the sound the water pump was making with the belt removed; definitely a bad bearing. They replaced the water pump for a price that was very competitive compared to what other shops in the area would have charged. And their free shuttle service made the repair convenient. CarSmart's warranty on the repair was better than the other shops, too. Now my Camry is running fine. Thanks CarSmart.”

“One of my tires was only at 22 PSI and after Googling and reading 20 or less is considered a flat and shouldn’t be driven on, I was freaking out. Couple that with being in Oakville visiting family, about 25 miles from where I live, and only 7° outside I was not comfortable driving all the way home with my dog and then to my neighborhood mechanic.I always go to Valvoline for oil changes and thought if they could just put enough air in to get me a larger buffer from 20 then from there can determine what going on at the mechanic the following day and if it’s more serious I need to need to replace the tire. They did better than that!! The guys at this location recognized it was the valve and Eric the assistant manager came outside (both bays were occupied with vehicles being serviced) AND replaced that / filled it to 35 in below freezing weather to get me up and running!! I can’t recommend this location enough- just extremely extremely grateful/ impressed!! I’m going to do a survey with Valvoline but also wanted to give them 5 stars here for the general public!!”

“I had a low tire and was close to Dobbs, so I popped in. My tires were all checked and aired up, but Jerome gave me some important advice, “If it happens again, you may want to come back.” And thank goodness, because it did, and I did. Turns out that I had a screw in my tire. We were getting ready to drive more than a hour away from home. This could have been an awful thing, but thanks to Jerome’s advice, we were kept safe!!! We’re so grateful, and we had our car back an hour before the expected time!!!”

“I visited the Tesson Ferry Valvoline location today. The gentlemen who took care of me today were such a pleasure to interact with. The employees working topside all had such a great rapport and a positive energy about them. I mostly interacted with Auston; he was helpful, funny, energetic, and engaged. As soon as I pulled into the bay, Auston was being sarcastic and making me laugh. Raso joined the conversation a few times and was also so friendly and fun. Excellent customer service experience. “My daughter took her car to this location and something went wrong when changing her brake fluid. She was there quite a while and the technicians couldn't of been nicer. They asked her if she was hungry etc. She ended up leaving the car overnight so they brought her home. The next day fixed the car and delivered it to us. They took such good care of my young daughter and made it right with her. I recommend this location to everyone. I wish I knew the techs. names to give them a shout out but Jonathon the manager was so helpful.”
