I've been a customer of Verizon since they first came out and I stay with them, not only because of the great coverage areas and service I get but also because of great customer service like I got today.”
“Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! Another rep was calling straight talk on behalf of another person in the store when they didn't have to and the third employee was handling a very irate customer with grace. GOOD HARD WORKERS!
