They all need raises for the hell they put up with!”

“At my current house it’s a 5 star. I been with Spark for about a year now and it has been great. I haven’t had any issues with their fiber optic 1 gig services and for the price is fair. I’m happy to say that this is a trusted provider in the Duenweg area.Only reason I didn’t add the 5 star is because this is not only a review but a request to get their attention in expanding their services to a new neighborhood I will be moving into as it’s currently not serviced there.Come on, Spark! Expand to the newly developed street that is in the same zipcode as Duenweg in Azalea street!”

“Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! This store has some amazing workers here and I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone!BIG SHOUTOUT FOR REY BEING THE BEST! ?”

“Wisper is overcharging on their plans. Just found out today that my plan is now $65 per month, but I am still being charged $100 per month. And will they credit my account? Heck no!! They gave me some story about how if you go to McDonald's and the price changes that you don't get a refund for a past purchase. They can't even tell me exactly when this plan price changed, other than to say it changed recently. I only found out about it when I checked my internet speeds. I have a current bill that isn't due until September 1, 2022 (service dates 8/23/22 to 9/23/22) and they will not credit $35 to my account for what I am being overcharged. Lousy customer appreciation Wisper!!!!! You have an automated billing system. You could easily change the price customers are being charged every month.UPDATE: Wisper has resolved this matter to my satisfaction. Thank you.”
