“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. “The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“I purchased a corner cabinet online and it was to be delivered to the chesterfield location. I received a notification that it was delivered to the store. I spoke with Nicholas and he said his manager noticed it was the wrong one and that the correct one should be there the next day. (Thank you to his manager! I’m sorry I didn’t get his/her name). My experience talking with Nicholas was the best customer service I’ve encountered!! He was kind and informative. Nicholas informed me the cabinet was not “assembled” as I had seen on the website. He went out of his way to put it together for me because I am not able to due to hand and wrist problems. Thank you, Nicholas!! I want to give Paul a big Thank you for putting the cabinet in my car for me!”
“Great nursery! Very knowledgeable staff! I needed help with a couple of boxwoods with browning leaves. The young man I spoke with inspected the samples I brought in, immediately diagnosed the problem and suggested a treatment plan. Definitely recommend this nursery.”
“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”
