“I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge to Complete Automotive due to a warning light that had come on. When it started blinking, I knew it was time to get it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Complete Automotive.
They diagnosed the issue at a fair price and communicated everything clearly. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty regarding the necessary repairs. They explained that while they would change the spark plugs and coils, my check engine light might return due to an underlying sensor issue. Sure enough, the light came back on just a day later, confirming their assessment.
Despite this, I was impressed with the quality of their work and their upfront pricing. I trust them completely and plan to return when I can afford to address the sensor issue. “On 6/15/2024 I came up at 0700 thinking the store was open with me I had a blown camper tire. My family was sitting 70 miles away waiting on me. The store manager came to the door and let me know store opens at 0800 but he was very professional. I drove around looking for a place that was already open but no luck. I came back to store about 0740 within about 5mins Devan came to my truck while I was getting ready to come in. He looked at what I had and heard my plight and was willing to help right away. I purchased 4 tires for my camper, he showed me pricing, the replacement service that was added. The other issue was I only had one of the tires with me, Devan told me they will hold them until we come back up. I was in and out with 4 tires purchased but 1 actually changed 18 minutes!!! That to me says “I’ll go never go to another tire store”.. 5 Stars to Devan and the whole team! Springfield Strong…

“Great people to work with. Nice, professional, knowledgeable. Got my eight new Ironman drives for slightly less than T/A wanted for them, making them the cheapest place I could find on I-44. Only slight issue is that the tires weren't all aired up as far as they should have been and they put a flow-through cap on one tire, solid caps on a few others, and no caps on the rest. Had them put flow-through caps on all of them and air the tires up to 110psi before I left. Not a big deal, just check the air pressure before leaving. I'll be back if I need tires in the area again.”

Was on a trip and had a valve go bad while going down the road. 200 miles from home and low on cash, and after 5 with only 3 places open if you include wal-mart. Got me in quick, excluded other issues, fixed the problem and got me back out on the road. Absolutely recommend the one on glenstone to anyone for any problem. Great job big o!!”

“This morning I left love’s truck stop in strafford, Mo in frustration after waiting for many hours for tire repair which needed patching and both the night shift and day shift mechanics told me they can’t patch it because according their policy they not allowed too since it’s too deep and wanted to charge me over $450 dollars for a recapped tire which i declined and came to Pomp’s Tire Service; I’m so glad I did, I was told to pull in bay right and to my surprise from the time I arrived to the time the mechanic called to pay for patching total of $66.00 dollars and that my truck was ready to go in less than 30 minutes and I was I was able to arrive for my pick super early. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to helping me at this difficult time by helping me save hundreds of dollars and I recommend specifically owners operators to this and you won’t regret it.
