“We recently switched to Guaranty after a terrible experience with another local bank. It has been the absolute best customer service, hands down. I can walk in and out of a branch in less than 5 minutes (we bank at the Farmer's Park location) and I feel like they all know my name. Even phone calls are pleasant. I've never waited more than a minute or two on hold. I highly recommend them!”
