Heather Roth recently discovered that my elderly mother had an issue with her account. I am on the account, so Heather called me. I am so grateful for Heather's understanding how upset & confused my mother would be to get that call. She and I were able to resolve the issue quickly. She routed the paperwork to a more convenient location for me. At that location,Dillon McDondel (sp?), helped me work through the process. This was a very difficult situation for us.
