“My Subaru threw the belt driving the alternator and power steering pump on a Friday afternoon. Counts made space for me on the spot - I barely made it to the shop and we pushed it into the middle bay. They found the problem (loose tensioner) and replaced the belt quickly, resetting the tensioner properly as well, sending me on my way. A very good experience - thank you, Counts!”

“Amazing customer service! A large group was in town for the weekend and one of our vehicles wouldn't start, we stopped in to ask for help. Randy asked his employee to follow us back to the van and try to jump start it. His employee tested the battery and said it was bad, he jump started the van, told us how to get to the closest store to buy a new one and even called them to let them know we were coming. We offered to pay him for the service but he wouldn't accept it. We really appreciated their help.”
