“We were having tire issues while traveling for the holidays and stopped at Ray’s Tire Center to try to figure out what the problem was. They were friendly and accommodating of our dog in the waiting area. They figured out what was wrong with our tire and charged us a reasonable price. We had a very positive experience and would certainly recommend them to others.”

“Saved the day (and our vacation) ! We were towing our camper from Saint Louis to Arkansas, when our truck decided it was a good time for the steering column to malfunction. I called this shop and asked for help since we had a trailer attached. He sent a mechanic over, who found the problem quickly, then returned with the part and had us back on the road! I know not all epairs are the same but we were really lucky that they were willing to come to us and take a look. Thank you!!!”

I guess he didn't have time for me and/or didn't need my business because I never heard anything back. I ended up getting the job done elsewhere. “It's been about 6 months since my car was repaired from this place and I'll say they did a great job with the actual repairs and even dropped me off at my work when my car was delivered and picked me up when the car was done. The panels all line up perfectly and the paint was beautifully matched and blended. The only reason why I'm subtracting a star is for multiple little things, the biggest reason is because they could not track down a part ( a panel for the wheel-well) so the car was drivable when done. Said the part was on perma-backorder. Told me when I call to get my car detailed in 3 months the part will be waiting for me. I called in 3 months later asking about the part, the receptionist said they'd call me back on the info pertaining the part. I waited another month for a call back to no avail. I decided to look for the part myself on the web and was able to find it within 5 minutes, I ordered it and installed it myself. They did a VERY GOOD job with 99% of the car but with that last 1% I kind of ponder if they fed me a line to keep me happy. Overall they did a great job and great work so 4 out of 5 stars”

“This company has far exceeded any expectations for me. I have a machine that had many issues, parts are impossible to find, and any available parts are very expensive. It had been to many other places in the past with limited success. Gahr fixed it right, worked with me on cost, fabricated parts that couldn’t be found, and even came on two separate occasions afterwards to ensure it was fixed properly! Who does that? I operate a small business with various types of equipment. I have found my go to place for any and all my stuff. We’re fortunate to have such a top notch place in our area.
