Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs 79 Crossing is a reliable and customer-oriented pharmacy that offers quick and friendly service. The pharmacy is known for its efficient vaccine administration, especially for flu and COVID-19 shots, in contrast to the longer wait times experienced at other pharmacies. Although the customer primarily uses a different pharmacy closer to their home, they were impressed by the pharmacist's willingness to go the extra mile to help them obtain a discontinued medication. The pharmacist, described as friendly and affable, proactively contacted the urgent care facility to request the script and then called the customer to let them know the medication was ready. The customer was pleasantly surprised by this level of service, even though they were not a regular customer. Additionally, the pharmacy is praised for its diverse product selection, though it may be considered pricier than other options. Lastly, the customer's daughter gifted them a beautiful and long-lasting "chop and drop" bouquet from the Dierbergs market, further highlighting the quality of the store's floral offerings.
Not quite as fancy as the one one on the southern end of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Almost, but not quite. Standard Dierbergs. Pricey for a lot of things, but they stock stuff you won't find elsewhere.

Really enjoy shopping here. While prices are slightly higher I find staff here are friendly and courteous.
