“If your associates are going to make comments like, "And you let the door slam. And this is why I hate people," please post signs to inform customers ahead of time to not let them slam. Or better yet, invest in freezer doors that don't slam.I am a Doordash shopper, and to Dierberg's credit, I have never in my life seen an associate this rude. I have been that person and I understand being frustrated in that moment, but I also know to let the customer walk away before making hateful comments. I also understand that there were likely outside influences impacting the associate's mood, as well as that I have some of the blame in that moment. I spoke with a store manager about the incident, and I trust them to handle the situation appropriately, so I'm not asking for further action. But this is vexing me to no end, so here we are. All I'm saying is actions could have been taken by the company to prevent this interaction.”
“I began my health journey at the beginning of summer 2023 and that lead me to becoming a regular customer here. I know I choose to make the conscious decision to give my body what it needs, but I am eternally grateful for the staff at Nutrition Stop and the products that they carry. “I went to the bakery on short notice for a birthday cake. They couldn't make it on time but advised me they had some in their freezer I could choose from. “great grocery store. I will mention it is a lot higher price than Schnucks, target, Walmart, Walmart and of course, Aldi's however, you do get better quality food here. It's not perfect by any means, but I do enjoy the produce section. I come and purchase the zoodles all the time and they are the only store in my area that offers this as fresh and not frozen. Customer service is always top-notch. The store is always very clean and it's so easy to find everything.”

“I did not know this store existed until today. Located in St Peters Mo. Private Parking lot. Building nice and spacious . Clean and clear of clutter. This is great if you are just needing food items, household items and pharmacist services. No clothes, accessories , shoes available . No hustle and bustle that Walmart usually brings . Inventory was available, and plentiful. Liquor is available as well. Staff was friendly. Store was very quiet and calming. I will definitely be back :)”

“Come here instead of circle K every time. Circle K is kinda gross and they are out here of basic stuff like lids and half of their drinks at the fountain are not replaced and watery. As far as cashiers the circle k one claims the actual register is down and stands by the self check out looking very miserable waiting to tell customers they are card only. What makes this laughable is the fact the m the signs outside they are advertising that gas is 10 cent cheaper if you pay cash for fuel lol. Very misleading. After leaving circle k with no gas and no drink because they “I guess we’re out of lids” me when I asked for my cups corresponding lid. I went across the street here to check Philip and it was clean and organized, had lids for their fountain drink, and the cashier was delightful! This time to my surprise my mission was finally being complete, gas in the car, cold delicious drink to my mouth, and smile and warm feeling in my heart. Philip 66 picked me up and nurtured me after circle k coldly tossed me to the cold.”

“I want to compliment Schnucks employees Tracee and Rhonda for the excellent help they gave me yesterday. I had locked my keys in my car after shopping. My purse, phone and all my ids were in there. I went back into the store and Tracee helped me cal AAA and even gave me a water while I had an hours wait. After an hour and a half no help arrived. Rhonda stepped in arranged for me to have a short ride to my house to pick up an extra set of keys and return to the store. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me as I was totally stranded. I will never forget their kindness. I offered them money but Rhonda refused and asked me to pay it forward. You just don’t find people of this caliber very often. “There was a line at guard station 2 guards and a lady who looks at bol appt 1am 6 min wait in line to be checked in started unloading 10 mins in door was finished unloading quick just had to wait on paperwork departed at 3am was able to take a quick nap no overnight parking but 20 mins down the road on 70 west is a rest area small but before that is a weigh station i saw trucks parked at with plenty of spaces.”

Above all, the employees keep the store clean which says a lot. I used to shop at the red big box store in the area and it is always in disarray as if everyone has given up. Here, it feels like they have pride in their store.”
