Purchased an s-series dual grill and am very satisfied.Customer service (Eric) was exemplary while dealing with a damage (shipping) issue .Highly recommend Vision grills !

Love my Vision Grill and really like the speed with which they ship parts when needed.

I actually love my Vision Grill. I prefer many of the design features over the big green egg or Kamado Joe... however, getting parts and customer service is a nightmare. If they could fix that part of their business they would definitely be a 5 star business and product.
