“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”

“I am so thankful for the team at Autco Home Appliance, led by our sales associate, Jay Starling. Jay was our man from start to finish. He helped my wife and I make some difficult decisions on our remodel. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed. We were able to get a refrigerator, rangetop, dishwasher, dual ovens and a dishwasher. All top name brand appliances like Bosch, Wolff and GE Profile. The price was fair and the service top notch. They even stored the appliances in their warehouse till our contractor finished the job. Additionally, when the red knobs for the Wolff range were not with it, Jay personally made sure Wolff sent us out a new set. I could not be happier with Jay, the team and the service we received from Autoco!”

Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“Just had our new whirlpool refrigerator delivered and although time will tell if the frig is everything we hoped, we wanted to take the time to compliment the delivery/setup young men. They were polite, careful, and thorough in getting the refrigerator in the house (even taking the front door off its hinges) and when installing the frig in a very tight space. No scratches on our wood floors or to any walls nor to our new fridge. We appreciate the great job they did when we know it isn't always easy to find good help.”

“Everything is overpriced, but at least they have it. Service is friendly and efficient, parking is easy. If you need a dryer belt ($30 lol), this is your place. They moved across the highway recently, so make sure your GPS sends you to the new location. I went to the old one, and it is basically a homeless encampment now.”
