how the hell is this place still allowed to "run"????????????? I've had 2 packages sitting in limbo and this is complete bullshit. Get it together.

Mail sits in this place for a week or more without moving while people are waiting for their mail. Something is wrong with this. And where is customer service priority?

The St. Louis distribution center has lost two of my packages within a one-week time frame. The official designation is “delayed in transit” and then they just disappear. I have zero confidence in sending or receiving anything through USPS anymore and will avoid them at all costs moving forward.
