  I am not a regular commenter on businesses but this experience was so bad it required an exception. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude and rolled her eyes at me multiple times and acted like I was incompetent for not immediately knowing what envelopes to use.   The employees feel it necessary to park an expired licined car in a handycap spot. We a handycap person showes they never have anywhere to park but far away. Very sad, it's staff doing this.

  It would be helpful if their closed-for-lunch hours were posted online. During the brief moment I took these photographs, three other would-be patrons entered and discovered with dismay that this office is closed for lunch.
