I have never had so many issues receiving and sending mail in my entire time in St Louis. They have lost so many bills which cost lots of money.

I wasn't aware that there were NO retail services offered at this location until I got there and saw the sign posted!

No retail services here. Should be posted on Google/Apple Maps. What’s the point of having this location?
