“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”
“My experience with Dio Maranan at Midwest Bankcentre was nothing short of exceptional. Dio stands out as a remarkably proficient and helpful commercial lender. His expertise in guiding us through the complexities of commercial loans was invaluable. He took the time to ensure we thoroughly understood every step of the process, which made a significant difference in our confidence and decision-making. Thanks to Dio’s guidance and expertise, we successfully purchased the property we had been eyeing. Moreover, his advice played a crucial role in our expansion plans. His ability to provide clear, actionable insights made a tangible impact on our business growth. I highly recommend Dio to anyone looking for expert guidance in commercial lending”
“I try to avoid going into a bank - it's 2023, we can do everything on our phones, right? But when I do have to go in, this is my branch of choice. There's rarely much of a line and the employees are always ready to help. They have a couple of notaries, so you don't have to make an appointment. I've also ordered foreign currency from them, and when there was an issue with it being delivered on time, an employee tracked it down and kept me up to date during the whole process.”
“I started a personal and business bank account with Enterprise Bank and Trust/Clayton and my banker Chelsea Sickinger was extremely helpful, kind and patient with everything that I needed to do in order to successfully start my accounts. She made sure she completely explained each step through the process and was diligent in making sure I understood which accounts that would be most advantageous for my business. And that great customer service even extended with all of the staff members and especially Ms Karen at the teller line. I am greatly satisfied with my new banking family at Enterprise/Clayton.”
“Jennifer Hippe was extremely resourceful and helpful.SHE RESEARCHED UNTIL SHE FOUND ME AN ANSWER.She could have just answered my initial concern and stopped.I have been with Regions and prior affiliates(landmark etc )for more than 30 years because of their customer service”

7911 Forsyth Blvd, Clayton“Excellent bank with impeccable local customer service. There is one MAJOR issue - there is NO 1-800 number you can call 24x7 any day of the year to resolve ANY issue. I had to spend 3 extra days in Taipei waiting for Monday to arrive in the USA to resolve a stupid issue related to my Carrolton Card.”
“This was my first time ever visiting this bank as I am a credit union member. As I got to the door the layout of the facility was completely confusing as I couldn't figure out where the tellers were because when I walked in it look like it was all cubicles turns out the tellers are all the way in the back of your kind of have to walk around the cubicles... however once I did make it to the teller the gentleman was extremely professional are friendly and even was kind enough to answer one of my questions regarding how they handle transactions which was very nice.”
“I would like to update a previous review. Previously, I rated this bank as 1 star. Today it earned 3 more!My original complaint was that no one truly tried to help me with a very large, emotional deposit (the inheritance money from my mother's passing) after the account I created with BoA was wrongly marked as potential identity theft. Today, I went back to the branch determined to resolve the issue. Thank goodness for Emily and Catashia who both helped me do just that.Catashia worked with my fiance and me for well over an hour, almost two hours, calling everyone and anyone within the banks' numerous departments to ensure that we had an active, verified joint checking account. She continued to REALLY FIGHT for us with every wrong turn, dead end, run-around, and "Sorry, but we can't help" phone call that we ran into with other BoA departments. She would not settle for anything less than us receiving the money that belongs to us!I also learned today that Emily spent a few hours yesterday calling around to anyone she knew personally with BoA or in the banking industry in Clayton to see how we could be helped. I only learned this morning the true extent of the behind the scenes work she spent on our issue.I still don't love Bank of America at large, but these two employees at this branch fought hard for me today (especially Catashia!) and that hard work deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much! I bought a lovely, gorgeous wedding dress today after leaving the branch.”
“Had a call with Chaterra Holmes from St. Louise, She was super helpful, patient with me through the whole process because of the new account. Even when the call dropped in between our discussion, she went out of the way and gave a call to me, so as to help with my account set up. Thank you so much Chattera :)”
