My husband has been trying to talk to someone regarding a letter they sent and all his been getting is the run around. This is the first time either of us have heard of this bank, so I don't know what to think of their customer service.

It is important to me that my bank is locally owned. They personally know me when I walk in the door. I am not a number at First Bank AND I do not have to dial a 1-800# and hope for the best. They actually answer the phone when you call the branch! I have been a client for over 25 years and they are the best in my book!
