  Very nice! Everyone was friendly and there is plenty of parking!

  After one visit by a tech in Cape Girardeau to try and get better transmission from WSIU (PBS) and the tech replaced a rusty outside connection (nice but no change in reception), many calls to both Spectrum and WSIU, still can not view PBS programming without voice halts, picture halts, or both.
