“I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications! Thomas spent the time with me explaining how everything works while waiting for it to download! You can tell he is really passionate about helping the customers! You should have a Thomas at every store, alot of people have no idea about how to manage the phone! “I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. Keep up the good work!”

“I came in and asked for advice on the apple 12 and helped extensively. I enjoyed my time here. I had no wait and no other guests were in the store on a Saturday. I came in a Friday evening at 5 pm and was helped immediately and met at the door. The manager helped me with access to my old Verizon account even though I had recently switched to another cell carrier. They were patient and helpful. Definitely come in you have questions, they will help you.”

“I am not one to give feedback after a service, but my experience yesterday at Spectrum was so wonderful that I had to write a review. My father passed away unexpectedly last week, so I came to Spectrum wanting to switch from my father's AT&T family plan to Spectrum mobile. Zion (Spectrum sales rep) patiently helped me find a way to retrieve my father's account with AT&T, find the transfer pin, select a plan that was perfect for me, and make what could have been a very stressful situation an enjoyable one. I ended up spending three hours at Spectrum bouncing on and off the phone with AT&T, and Zion did not leave for his lunch break until I was completely taken care of (I didn't leave until around 4:30pm). I have had a lot of experiences with phone companies, and my experience with Spectrum has been one of the best.”
