This place is awesome. They work with you, no matter what your skill level is. It is very motivating. The trainers are great, the people that attend are supportive and like family. They switch up the workouts to keep things engaging. I highly recommend!!!

I love this gym so much. Such a great community of women who support each other and cheer you on to become your healthiest and best self. The coaches are amazing, welcoming and are fun to work out with. They offer a variety of classes and are constantly changing things up to challenge us. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This might be a long review because there are just so many things I’ve loved about this gym. After a year of home workouts during the pandemic, I was ready to try new things and lift heavier weights. After looking at gyms in the area I decided to try DFT for various reasons but mostly because it’s a gym by women for women. I can’t tell you how incredible it’s been to be in a space full of women of all ages and bodies with the same goal of getting stronger. Watching everyone hit their goals is so inspiring! The coaches and other members are all so supportive, while also trusting that we know our bodies and our limits best. I have a lot of injuries from sports when I was younger and the coaches always work with me to make appropriate modifications. I’ve been able to achieve all the goals I set out for joining this gym and got to meet some great people along the way. The coaches also host additional events for skills and community building. I could go on but if I wasn’t moving I would have stayed a member here for many years! Definitely consider DFT when you’re shopping around for a new gym!

I’ve been going here for 6 years. By far the cleanest, most well kept, family friendly gym out there. Membership pricing is amazing and has all the equipment you could ever need to achieve your fitness goals. Always recommend this place to my friends.

I briefly worked out here...it's a great if you know what you are doing and it's nice that it's a space for women to work out. But once the most awesome trainer there left it was just meh. I had lower back pain and was hoping to get more guidance and assistance on workouts and modifications that was asking too much. All the best to the place but it just wasn't helpful for me.

If you are looking for more than just a gym, Dragonfly is the place for you. Dragonfly is a community! In person or virtually, all the members and trainers are supportive and encouraging. I've been a member now for about a year and I am extremely happy here. Dragonfly is very accommodating. I have been participating virtually since the start of the COVID-19 and even with logging in at home, I have never felt stronger! For the first time in my life, I can do a proper push-up! They provide modifications for injuries and they truly meet you where you are. The trainers also get to know YOU and care about you. I'm very much looking forward to coming back in person to the gym very soon!

When I first decided to try out Dragonfly I was terrified about not being able to keep up with the workouts and worried that I wouldn't fit in. Four months later and I already can't imagine my life without the gym! The coaches do an amazing job of helping you with modifications while still making sure you get a great and challenging workout. I love that Dragonfly welcomes such a diverse group of women (all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels) and always emphasizes strength and well-being over everything else. So happy to be a part of this wonderful community!

The coaches are awesome! They address each and every member to accommodate their needs. They know every member by name. The women all motivate and encourage each other. There are women of every shape, size and age, you never feel uncomfortable. I feel blessed to be among these empowering women.

I love Dragonfly! The coaches are awesome-they really care about you and helping you get stronger. The members are the best! Supportive, encouraging and fun. LADIES: if you're tired of feeling intimidated at the gym (or, like me, unmotivated to go) this is the place for you. I joined dragonfly in May of 2021 after a long year of sitting inside (thanks COVID). All I wanted was to get out and get moving again--but I got so much more. Here are some highlights: 1. Amazing trainers who help you and meet you where you're at. 2. Challenging weekly workouts that never get too hard or boring that I want to quit. 3. Plus, you become part of an incredibly supportive group of strong women. Pretty awesome, if you ask me. Try the trial membership today, you definitely won't be disappointed!!!

I love that all different fitness abilities and sizes are welcome. I can modify workouts for my ability and they are still challenging. It’s a positive and accepting environment focused on health and wellness.
