“I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”

Fingers crossed now that the merchant's processor doesn't dispute the reversal (via Visa guidelines). Seems we were ships passing in the night. Glad it has been resolved! Maybe just notify patrons that it may take up to 90 days (not 30-60 as I was verbally told) for action.”
