They offer very good rates, respond quickly and courteously to inquiries and requests, and they function according to clearly publicized policies. “If you are tired of unnecessary bank charges open an account with Together Credit Union! They are truly the best. No incoming wire charges just one example. Online banking like all the rest, great security for online banking as well. The best home loans no junk fees padding the loan officer’s pockets! Those fees all sound legitimate but they are not. I am a Realtor and lenders still have junk fees call Together credit union and ask for Melissa Imo Moffit she is truly the best lender I have ever worked with after 30 years as a Realtor I have worked with a lot! Hands down Together Credit Union is a great banking Institution!”

“I was waiting in line as an elder was helped by a teller. Passion, the teller, was extremely patient with the cu member who had multiple transactions. She even helped spell out some info for him to go on the money order. I came in rushing but after watching them for 10 minutes, I settled down. I can only hope there's more people like her to take time with people who need that extra help.”

“I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”
