“Our experience with Alamo was far superior to Hertz in STL. The vehicle options were VW jetta, dodge charger and Chevy impala. They were clean and what we expected. The employees were friendly including the shuttle drivers. Would use Alamo again as their price was less than other rental companies and the vehicles were nicer than Hertz has too.”

“I needed to take the time to write a review about my experience today. Lexi was amazing. When I arrived to enterprise there was some complications with my reservation. Im an exciteable person by nature and Im sure I always resonate frustration in frustrating situations. Lexi was calm, poised, and professional In our entire interaction. She was empathetic to my situation, and worked to get it resolved very efficiently, while being polite the entire time. Lexi was faced with multiple clerical issues while getting my issues resolved, as well as other customers in the store dealing with problems. I've worked retail for 20+ years, I understand what its like when things out of your control are only compounding on to already uncomfortable and challenging situations, and genuinely Lexi handled all of it like a champion. What could have been a terrible situation, turned in to probably the best retail experience ive had in years, and its all thanks to her professionalism, and most importantly her empathy with the situation. 10/10 Customer service from Lexi.”

Although they were busy, the rep greeted everyone, said she'd take care of everyone quickly and she did!I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise on Washington Ave and had the opposite experience..the car wasnt ready, i had to wait for them to 'clean' one & they purposely gave a half tank of gas AND they were rude!!I will definitely use Budget & rent from this location again!!!”

“I have used this location twice and I would definitely use it in the future. When I picked up my vehicle I was only inside for 5 minutes at the most. I was put in a 2023 Corolla and I really enjoyed driving it. I did not want to go back to my older car! I was able to leave my rental at the dealership next door when picking up my car. This made the process extremely easy. I received a follow up call two days later for my contract to be wrapped up and my deposit processed. The employee, John, that I spoke to was very polite, friendly, and personable. He asked how I liked the Corolla and he was happy to hear how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated him asking me about the car I was put in and how my experience was getting my rental through them. Thank you, John, for your amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!”

“Backed into a post with my van and caused the rear sensor to be knocked out of it's mount. Stopped in for an estimate and someone immediately came out and looked at the damage. I asked if they would give me two estimates one to repair the sensor and one to include the sensor repair and some paint work. As I was paying for this myself I wanted the option to choose the repair cost I wanted to incur. The estimator did this quickly and efficiently stating that two estimates would not be a problem. They just completed the sensor repair and it was done quickly. A pleasant surprise was a car was and the interior vacuumed and dusted. I am going to to need some additional work and this is where I will go and recommend them highly. Everyone was pleasantly friendly and the facility is clean and neat.”

If you have everything in order, and read all of the instructions/rules, you will be set. Prompt, clean, and friendly. Top of the lone Hertz and I will only utilize this location 100% due to Ernie and his team. In short- he, "Gets", customer service. Kudos to this Hertz location, and Ernie inparticular. Keep it up! I will keep referring my company and friends to this particular Hertz.”

“Great customer service. Rented here July 1st, after seeing the line at Budget at least 30 people deep, 2-3 hour wait. The rep here was very accommodating we were in & out in less than 10 min. Upon return- a nice shuttle van arrive within 5 min to take us to airport. The car was a few years old 2020, no issues at all drove well. All the workers really made the rental experience nice. Will rent here again.”
