“After an accident in Illinois in late September and getting my vehicle to St. Louis, it took 3 months for my insurance to evaluate the damage to my vehicle and attempt to locate a shop to repair it. A few minutes on the internet and I located Memory Lane Custom and Collision. I called and discussed my situation with them and they satisfied me that they had the equipment, expertise, experience and qualifications to successfully repair the damage to my vehicle. This independent shop had high ratings from previous customers and customer written reviews were very impressive. They got my vehicle into the shop the day after it was delivered to them, discovered additional damage that had been overlooked by the insurance company representative and the other shops that had access to the vehicle. Parts were ordered the next day after they received the vehicle and they gave me a reasonable date for the completion of the repairs. They were friendly and courteous. I'm comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I'm located 240 miles west of St. Louis so I'm operating on faith .”

“Highly Recommend Breuer’s Auto Services! Needed a mechanic to check my car which was making a high pitch noise. I had to wait a week for my appointment since they were fully booked. No biggie since the noise didn’t seem like an emergency. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and it was done by 10:30am. When they diagnosed the problem, they offered various options. A lower cost temporary fix or a higher cost long term fix so I could decide what I could afford. I liked that they provided me with options. I am a firm believer that investing in the long term brings more peace so I preferred that but totally agree that not everyone might be in same situation. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. “First i want to start off by saying i wish i could give this dealership more than 5 stars.My Wife found a car on their website she really liked. We called and spoke with Andrew about the vehicle. He said whenever we get a chance come take a look at it. We were nervous to go look at it because we didn’t know if we wanted to buy it right away or not and unfortunately some dealerships can be very pushy. We went and looked at it anyway. Well let me tell you this dealership is not PUSHY. From the second we approached Andrew (Salesman) he made us feel very comfortable. Let us take our time and really look at the car. Took it on a test ride and of-course now my wife really wanted it. Andrew said “take your time think about it and I’ll be inside no rush”. Right then And there we knew we were buying the car. And today, when I came in to get an estimate on a couple of dull spots on the hood of my new 2024 Hyundai Venue, they were very attentive and fixed it on the spot.Even better?
