The hotel and staff were nice. Room very clean also the rest of the hotel was clean. Staff very accommodating. However we have kid's, when booking we asked specifically if the pool was heated. They told us yes, and no it is not. The pool room is heated, but not the pool itself. Other than that we had a pleasant experience.

The staff is really nice, we were able to use the pool in February (treat for my daughter). But, there was hair in bathtub, beds were harder than the floor. Location is in a safe area.

Nice place. Excellent staff. The guy that works day shift was great. Good breakfast indoor pool. I spent four days there not a problem it was a good stay.
