I'm pretty tall and need more leg room on the aircraft. Felt very uncomfortable with my legs literally up against the seat in front of me. The manner inwhich your team in Charleston handled our layover delays on the return flight to Stl was disappointing. Kudos to the pilots on each flight, they did an awesome job.

The only trouble was a flight delay at O'Hara on American Spirit connecting flight. Held at the gate for about 1 1/2 hrs. Luggage arrived with me. cabin and ground people were very good!
