Even when I've had issues, they've always been quickly resolved, and that consistent empathy for the people they help is part of why I'd never want to switch banks. You are bound to have an issue with your bank at some point - First Community is the only place I've found where I fully trust them to help with whatever issue that is to the best of their ability, even when other places would simply say it wasn't their responsibility. Wish I could rate them higher, they deserve it!”

“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”

Basically, my grandpa was having issues with his online banking login and she was very helpful and patient as we had to reset things.. she was so friendly to us and when telling us letters she used words as reference ( “ E as in elephant”) which is extremely helpful when there’s a lot of numbers and letters that have to be entered. “I had no issue with American Airlines in St Louis. Normally, when people do a review on a business like this, it is to vent or aire a single incident or gripe. American is always my first choice to fly if I have one. The staff here were professional and friendly. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. My flights out of here have always taken off on time and landed a bit early. Even though the majority of my flights have been smooth, It is pretty much out of their control sometimes. The onboard entertainment on their flights are pretty good. Most all of their planes have wifi that will allow you to track your flight, see connecting gate information, listen to music and view live television and movies from your own personal device. Their snacks leave a bit to be desired. They do give you the full can drinks the majority of the time, but they only have those nasty rectangular cookies. Bring back the pretzels and peanuts. On a positive note my flight was a little more than an hour, a couple of times, and they still served snacks. I enjoy flying with American and am sad to see that they have gotten so many negative reviews. Welll over 90% of my experiences with the airline have been positive. But I guess to each their own.”
