He helped me find better appliances than I was expecting for exactly within my price range. He was professional and thorough without being pushy. Delivery was a breeze as well. The two gentlemen who hauled the washer and dryer down the stairs were conversational, professional, and prepared. They even brought extra cords just in case we needed them (I had said I was reasonably sure we wouldn't need them at the time of purchase, but was wrong). We ended up needing those cords. Everyone was very understanding about my mistake and it was easy and inexpensive to add them to my bill over the phone. We had our appliances up and running quickly and we remain happy with Happy's. We will be returning for any and all appliances and mattresses we need in the future.”
