I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”

“WOW! Had a fantastic experience at Happy's in Fenton today. We went in with low expectations looking for a gas dryer - specific brand and quality. In 5 minutes we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. Ro assisted us. No pressure - just answered our questions. We made our purchase, scheduled delivery for tomorrow and were in and out in 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! Worth the visit for sure.”
