Hawthorn Bank is a terrific bank with a great atmosphere. It is truly a family bank, providing a welcoming environment and an awesome family feeling that is hard to find anywhere else. The staff is amazingly friendly, very nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. They offer great service and consistently go above and beyond. Many customers are greeted by name, creating a personal connection. The bank is very well run and comes highly recommended to friends and family. Numerous customers have banked there for many years and cannot recommend it enough, referring countless people to this location.
Lily/Risa is amazingly friendly and always has a smile on her face. She has helped me numerous times with issues on my part. It is truly a family bank. I know most of the employees , thru different areas. Great Service!
