“The ladies at shabby chic are professional, kind, and very helpful. Helped me finding the size, style, and designs that make me feel wonderful. I've been shopping there close to 10 years. The only place in town that carries my size. The prices for quality comes with it. I still have the bras from 10 years ago. Hand wash, hang dry. I enjoy my shopping experience. Best part they have a customer file so Everytime I go in I'm NOT starting over. Keep up the great work.”

“I sent my husband to Town and County to grab something for a James Bond themed gala. I sent him in without me (unsupervised ? scary). He went in at 3:30pm…the event was at 5:30. He had a dapper suit, great service, and the whole look tailored in under an hour. Phenomenal. When he showed up…I was thrilled, he looked impeccable. You know what they say about a happy wife! ?.”

“I always love going to buckle because they always have really cool styles and helpful staff. Buckle is definitely at the top upper end of prices, but you are getting quality clothing and be mindful when you're in there that some things are very expensive. Check out when they have good sales. It's well worth the venture”

“This was my first time going to Rally House and I excited to see how much STL Cardinals and KC Chiefs gear they had. The employees were nice and very helpful in finding what I was looking for. There was a wide variety of clothing options and gear to pick from. Some items did seem a little pricy but that's probably for good quality.”

“Amazing customer service! I came in to get my first backpack for a backpacking trip coming up and I had no idea what I was looking for. Alexander was so helpful the entire time! He was super l knowledgeable about all of it and answered any questions I had without making me feel dumb. He even offered for me to try out his own personal tent for my trip before I went and spent money on one that I may not end up liking. There was also one other staff member in the store and she was super friendly as well.”

“Plaid Door is a boutique resale shop benefiting the nonprofit Junior League of Springfield. They typically offer one or two sale days a month and occasional pop-up shops at locations and events around Springfield. You get high quality, often designer brands and sometimes new with tags, for pennies on the dollar. Highly recommend plus you're helping a community organization. They sell primarily only women's clothing and accessories. Currently co-located with the Boy Scouts of America at 1616 S. Eastgate Ave.”

“I decided to build a custom skateboard there and the associates were so helpful, I could not remember the workers name that helped me through it all but they were so amazing! I ended up leaving with a giant smile on my face and another way to pass time on beautiful days. I could not recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be going back to get more supplies if I need them.”
“Needed help with specific bra and breast support accessories. Dianna (Diane?) helped me and was amazing. Helped me select exactly what I needed. When I went to pay, I asked for the manager so I could express positive accolades and found out Dianna was the manager. I went back to her and said I really wanted to let someone know how wonderful she was, as well as knowledgeable about Victoria Secret products. She said she appreciated that, and just my telling her was perfect. I hope some supervisor from the company sees this and gives Dianna the accolades she deserves.”
“My kind of store. Great stuff for sports fans. Lacks friendly, out-going sales staff. I'm a former Store Mgr. at a similar place in a neighboring state who took a store from last (out of 17) to 3rd in 1 yr. You've got to get to know your customers and go the extra mile (special orders, etc.), which, frankly No One in Springfield retail seems to. But, again, this store has the stuff.”
