Placed order on Feb.7th still have not received my whole order. Now March 20th. Was told waiting on one item will be done and shipped next day. Never heard a word from them called,emailed,called some more NO ANSWER. FINALLY 3 weeks later gotshipping confirmation for 1 hat and one shirt. Still waiting on the hat I was promised ship next day. That Hat finally cam. Now waiting on tshirt. Save your money and Hassel go elsewhere

I absolutely adore this company! Family owned and very personal! They didn't have my color tumbler in time for my order and I received a sweet and courteous message from Lexie asking if I'd like a different color (with pictures of the colors) or if I'd prefer to wait. I picked my color and she was able to ship out the same day and I received my order within a week of ordering with an extra custom bottle opener for being understanding! You don't really get many personal companies nowadays who treat you as a human rather than a number or just an order. humanity at its finest, you guys are the best!

Maybe if they had a different person responding to emails and complaints! Someone who took the time to be Courteous and respectful and actually cared about the customers. Someone other than Audra would be a great way to start with better customer service.
