Maybe if they had a different person responding to emails and complaints! Someone who took the time to be Courteous and respectful and actually cared about the customers. Someone other than Audra would be a great way to start with better customer service.
Although the Lineman Barn has been built into a well known recognizable label, we still continue to be a family owned and operated small company that decorates all of our own merchandise in house.
