“The owner was so sweet. I knew I could trust him with my car. My issue is the six hours it took for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch.
During that time, I kept getting calls for upsells on "small" items. One of which was my headlight being "out" and would have been $55 to change. I took my car to Autozone ($20) immediately after picking it up and the bulb was loose somehow? They just tightened it. That didn't sit well with me.
For real repairs, I'd consider them again, but the timeframe for minor maintenance was excessive.”
