“We are new to St Charles County from GA and had to get an emissions inspection to get plates on our vehicles. I have never experienced such difficulty getting an inspection!! You're either looking at 2-3 weeks wait time or "unfortunately, our inspector is out this week"..... man there's a lot of inspectors who just take off on the fly! I had called Valvoline in St. Peter's and was told they could accommodate the next day anytime between 8 and 3. I drove from Foristell, showed up at 8, and what do you know, the guy has decided to take a long weekend. That's when I see Dobbs across the street, I called and spoke to Roger... I don't know if he heard the panic or desperation in my voice but he immediately was empathetic and sooo helpful! They got me right in. The whole crew was professional, friendly and efficient. The lobby is clean, they offered fresh coffee... I just want to publicly give credit where credit is due, and Roger and his team deserve it. They have earned my family's business 100%”

There were a few issue’s on Amazon’s end when I arrived so I suggest everyone call ahead if you order the same way. I will be back for more business soon. Love my new tires.”
