“Very nice people here, I took my vehicle to be inspected and it didn't pass the first time. They provided me with a list of things for my husband to fix without any of the usual pressure put on by most auto repair places to spend a bunch of money we dont have to do the repairs in shop. I really appreciated that at no time did i feel embarrassed about our inability to afford professional repairs. A week later my husband was able to make all the repairs needed and I called them to schedule a time to re inspect it. They were able to do it that same day.”

“I have had a couple hours for the shock to wear off. So I went in and bought a used vehicle from Mike and Andy and after about 10 days there were a few issues with it. But I am the only income in my family right now because my husband who is a Vet was laid off when Boeing laid people off a few months back, and I was freaking out. After some confusion we got it figured out but originally it would cost me $850 and I have 3 kids and that’s the difference from if I pay the light bill or pay for my car. I loved my car but I had resigned to the fact I was gonna let them take it back because it had been 15 days. I went in to arrange just that and Charlie, Andy, and Mike wanted to see us. Charlie got the bill down to $450 with $300 now. I burst into tears and knew that I would just work more than 90 hrs next week to cover the rest. Charlie looked at my 3 kids and when I left his office he had paid the remaining balance out of his own pocket. I have never asked for help before and did not expect it. Everyone has issues and I did not want a hand out. I was just stuck and with school coming I was struggling to even by school supplies. Andy, Mike, and Charlie became heroes to myself, my , and our kids. They became a hero when they did not have to. I owe everything to them for their selflessness. Charlie looked in my eyes and saw my gratitude. He was a human being that treated me with more kindness than in deserve. Mike and Andy are so amazing. They never complained about me. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! “Heading from Illinois to Branson, Mo had some overheating problems with my truck and 1st time halling a 5th wheel ( first time camping ). DHD checked the truck right away seem like I was a top priority even though I know they had a lot of vehicles to do that day. Changed out water pump plus thermostat. Very good price on the repair. Kyle did an excellent job taking care of me. More to the story, but I'll cut the story short. I highly recommend Die Hard Diesel in Rolla, Mo they will go above and beyond to take care of you. “My family and I were driving from Kimberling City heading to Champaign Friday afternoon and had gotten a flat tired a few miles out of Rolla. Put on the small spare and limped into Rolla to see if we could find someone to fix or replace our tire (all the while my 2 kids very much wanting to get home). Randomly driving thru town hoping to find a place we spotted Big O Tires. It was 6:45 and the business closed at 6:00. The garage doors were still open and I was able to speak to the manager and explain my situation...knowing they were closed. Without pausing he checked the tire stock and told me " no problem - bring the tire and vehicle around and we will get you fixed up". Within 10 minutes my family and were back on the road. I want to very much thank the kindness of the person who helped me and the business. My family and I knew if was afterhours and a Friday no less, but they took the time and care to help us out. “I was going to Oklahoma Cargo Van but my wheel bearing and axle shaft wore out, I had to pull over and the cops came instantly and called D&D tow, Don instantly towed my van, unfortunately, it’s Friday night, most car part stores are closed, not open until Monday, they took me to the hotel, and I stayed there a weekend, I wanted to go home so bad, they fixed my van on Monday, I was able to make it home safe.
